What happens after you hit the button

  1. 1

    You fill out the form.

    Three fields. Sixty seconds.

  2. 2

We call your call center ten times.

Ten AI agents, ten different customer problems, spread across one day. We research your business first.

  3. 3

    We score every call.

One report across your people and your systems, and thirty minutes with us to go through it.

Score my call center

Three fields. We confirm the number and a day for the calls by email.

We look up your customer service line and confirm it with you before any call is placed.

VoiceScore is AI-native call center QA.

Every call scored. Every score backed by a line from the transcript. A judge that learns your standards from your own QA team.

What the report looks like

Every call measured on the same four things, rolled up at the top. The numbers here are made up. Yours will not be.

Questions we get

Is it really free? Yes. Nothing to pay and nothing to sign. If you want VoiceScore on all your calls afterwards, it is priced per minute scored, never per seat.

Will my reps notice? Probably not. Ten calls, a few minutes each, spread over a day. They sound like customers because they are built to. Tell your floor or don’t.

Are the calls recorded? Yes, that is how they get scored. By submitting you confirm you can authorize that, and we confirm the exact number with you by email before we dial. Recordings sit in our SOC 2 cloud and we delete them when you ask.

Can you use our scorecard? Yes. Reply to the confirmation email with it. Otherwise we grade greeting and disclosure, verification, discovery, empathy, accuracy, and the close.

Do we need to change anything? No. For the evaluation there is nothing to install. If you roll VoiceScore out later, it takes recordings from whatever your center already runs.

Find out what your callers already know.

SOC 2. Your recordings stay yours and never train anyone else’s models.
