Pricing FAQ

What counts as a "minute"?

A minute is measured from when the voice session starts until it ends. This includes both websocket browser sessions and telephony calls. Partial minutes are rounded up to the next minute.

How does LLM pricing work?

Voice agent LLM costs are passed through at cost—you pay exactly what we pay to providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and others. Tooling calls (evals, reviews, authoring) are passed through with a small markup to cover the convenience.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new rate applies immediately. When downgrading, you keep your current benefits until the end of the billing period.

What telephony providers do you support?

We integrate with Twilio, Telnyx, and other major telephony providers. We handle the SIP trunking and number provisioning for you, or you can bring your own telephony if you prefer.

Is there a free trial?

Pay-As-You-Go has no monthly fee and includes 30 free minutes, so you can start building immediately. For Professional, we can set up a trial period—contact us to discuss.

What does Forward Deployed Engineers mean?

Enterprise customers get dedicated VoiceRun engineers who embed with your team to help design, build, and ship your voice agents. They work alongside your developers and transfer knowledge as you scale.
